What was broken
RinkSync runs hockey leagues on Base44: players, teams, games, stats, badges and chat. The player side had stopped loading, and nobody had a list of what was broken.
What I did
- A paid audit that ranked every bug and priced each fix
- The app was sending players in circles; fixing that brought back all 16 screens
- Badge and streak progress made per player instead of shared
- Two automated checks, plus a runbook for publishing safely
What happened after
Thirteen more defects found mid-sprint were fixed with no change to the fixed price. Closed September 2026.
