What was broken
Annette (Annie) Wedgewood, 2025 president of Wyoming REALTORS, ran her brokerage from a GoDaddy page that couldn't show listings. Live MLS data needs board approvals, a data provider and its own subdomain.
What I did
- IDX Broker chosen after checking which Wyoming MLS feeds it supports
- A WordPress and Elementor site with six agent pages and lead routing
- One palette from the logo, styled across both systems
- An agent ID mismatch found and fixed so her listings appeared
What happened after
Buyers search live listings from three MLS territories on one branded site. Her team edits pages without a developer, with monthly upkeep since May 2026.
